The above quote comes from an interesting article I read recently about the spiritual consequences of alcohol consumption. Being a panexperientialist I obviously don’t buy into all the dualistic, Cartesian body-car metaphors here, but I certainly do think alcohol is a very destructive drug, perhaps one of the most destructive (there are way better ones out there!).
